  • ICT/cybersecurity technical services - cybersecurity controls
  • managed ICT/cybersecurity service provider
  • cybersecurity advisory services.

How to register

Step 1. Prepare your application

For your application, you must include the following documents:

  • business capability statement
  • two written professional references* from small business clients specific to service area/s
  • business description and supporting information
  • list of employees/subcontractors and their qualifications/certifications and period of experience.

For detailed information read the service providers terms and conditions.

* All references must be provided on the original letterhead of the organisation providing. This helps us verify the information and speeds up your assessment. Include referee's contact details so we can reach them.

Step 2. Submit your application

Submit application with supporting documents on GrantsNT.

Your application will not be assessed unless you provide all supporting documents. You may also be asked for additional information.

If you don't have a GrantsNT account, you must create one - even if you are a sole trader.

For help with your application, you can contact the department.

After you apply

Your application will be assessed, and you'll be notified of the outcome.

If approved, you'll receive a:

  • letter with details of your approved services
  • link to add your details to the online service directory on the Business Territory website.

Approved providers can request to add additional services by contacting the department.

How you will be paid

Funding will be provided directly to the grant recipients as a reimbursement - not to the service provider.

On completion of the work, the service provider must provide the grant recipient with a final tax invoice for inclusion in the acquittal process and evidence of completion of works.

The final invoice must clearly match the quotation provided to the applicant and show amounts received and any outstanding.

The grant applicant is responsible for payment to the service provider.
